Overnight: eight hours, planned from home

The overnight is a single fixed stretch of eight hours for one guest and one therapist, its start and finish written down and half paid ahead.

An overnight is a single block, not an hourly rate running through the night. It lasts eight hours, the start and finish are agreed in writing, and nothing is added for the late part of it.

The four forms

  • One guest, one therapist: the block price, which comes in under eight single hours.
  • A couple sharing one therapist: double that block.
  • One guest, two therapists: eight hours at the two therapist hourly figure.
  • A couple with a therapist each: eight hours at their own hourly figure.

How it is paid

Half ahead on every overnight, for every guest, returning or not: one half before she sets out and the other at the door, whichever of the four forms is booked. The deposit and the cancellation scale apply as they do to any booking.

Why regulars plan it ahead

A free night in one woman's diary is far easier to find with notice, and the trip has to leave room for a slow morning. An overnight followed by an early meeting or flight rarely works. She decides what the time includes, as she does on any booking. How such a night tends to unfold is described on the overnight page.
