Rescheduling: one free move within fourteen days
One change of date is free when asked for more than a day before the booked time and the new date falls within fourteen days; the deposit moves with it.
Business trips drift, and the rule for moving a booking is built for that. A single move costs nothing when two conditions hold: the request reaches the thread more than twenty-four hours before the booked time, and the new date is no more than fourteen days after the original.
What moves with it
The whole deposit travels to the new date. The balance is paid at the door on the new date as it would have been on the old one. If the length goes up at the same time, the deposit is topped up to half the new figure.
A second move, or a late one
Either is read on the notice scale exactly as a cancellation sent at that moment would be, and whatever the scale does not keep carries on to the new date. See cancellation and refunds.
A whole trip postponed
A quarterly visitor whose trip slides by three months is past the fourteen day limit. That is a cancellation, and if it is sent more than a day ahead, the whole deposit comes back.
